Campaign Planning for Nonprofits with Budgets between $5M and $20M
Types of Campaigns We Support:
-
Building + Renovation
-
Program Support + Special Projects
-
Capacity Building
-
Endowment + Planned Giving
At Fundraising Sol, we support mid-size nonprofits through seasons of transformation—especially when the vision is big, the stakes are high, and clarity matters.
We work with organizations across the country and internationally, with a special focus on nonprofits in the Midwest.
We provide strategy and counsel through every stage of a campaign: thoughtful planning and readiness work, supported feasibility, and active campaigning.
Along the way, we help you build the systems, messaging, and leadership confidence needed to invite meaningful investment—without losing your values (or your people) in the process.
Curious how we can help?

Campaign Planning
Before you launch a campaign, you need a strong foundation. Our structured planning process ensures your organization is strategically, operationally, and financially ready to move forward with confidence.
Through a series of 6 planning calls, we guide you through foundational planning specifics—so you’re not just ready to fundraise, you’re ready to lead with clarity and impact.
What We Cover:
-
Custom readiness assessment + recommendations
-
Capacity development + planning (staffing, tools + tech, skill building)
-
Board + leadership roles + responsibilities
-
Campaign project components + working goal
-
Campaign timeline development
-
Donor pipeline development + cultivation
-
Drafting early case for support
-
Defining next steps + how to move forward
Cost: $6,000
Supported Feasibility
A Supported Feasibility Study helps you test your campaign vision, engage key supporters, and strengthen your internal fundraising muscle—all at the same time.
Unlike a traditional study led entirely by consultants, we train and support your team to lead donor conversations directly. That means deeper relationships, real-time insights, and stronger long-term capacity.
And it works: Organizations that conduct a feasibility study raise, on average, 115% of their campaign goal.
What You Get:
-
Donor screening to identify feasibility interview prospects
-
Custom feasibility materials + interview guide
-
Training for your team on how to lead stakeholder conversations
-
Hands-on guidance and coaching throughout the process
-
Final report with key findings, donor themes, and clear recommendations
Cost: $6,000/month
Campaign Counsel
Even with a strong plan in place, capital campaigns require consistent attention, strategic pivots, and strong leadership to succeed. That’s where we come in.
Our Campaign Counsel provides steady, expert support to keep your campaign moving forward—through every twist and turn. We offer strategic guidance, committee management, and hands-on help with everything from donor conversations to communication planning.
Think of us as your campaign co-pilot: offering clarity, accountability, and confidence when you need it most.
