Who We Are

We've sat in your seat—as nonprofit leaders and fundraisers— and bring that experience to every client partnership.

Fundraising Sol is a women-owned and women-led fundraising consulting firm built around the belief that your fundraising program is inextricably connected to the health of your team. We care deeply about outcomes, but we also care about how organizations get there.

Our approach is shaped by our care for the people behind the mission. We understand the realities many nonprofit teams face, and we believe fundraising support should feel both strategic and genuinely supportive. The strongest fundraising is not built on constant pressure, but on strong relationships, clarity, and thoughtful growth.

Our team brings experience across campaign planning and execution, donor engagement, messaging, nonprofit operations, coaching, facilitation, and fundraising strategy — always with a focus on helping organizations build momentum in ways that are healthy, grounded, and sustainable.

Early days of Fundraising Sol

My biggest supporters

In 2017, I realized I needed to break up with my dream job.

For nearly a decade, I had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleagues, donors, and community members to support young people experiencing homelessness. I loved the mission. I loved the people. And I loved fundraising.

But I was exhausted.

Like so many nonprofit professionals, I had convinced myself that working harder was the answer. Longer hours. More projects. More urgency. More sacrifice. Eventually, I realized that approach wasn't sustainable—not for me, not for my family, and not for the organizations and communities I cared so deeply about.

As I began talking with nonprofit leaders across the country, I discovered I wasn't alone. Talented, passionate people were carrying immense responsibility while trying to build stronger organizations with limited time, resources, and support.

Fundraising Sol was born from those conversations.

Since 2018, we've partnered with hundreds of nonprofits during seasons of growth, transition, and transformation. We've helped organizations prepare for campaigns, strengthen fundraising systems, engage donors more effectively, and build the confidence needed to pursue ambitious goals.

While our services have evolved over the years, our belief remains the same: the health of your team is inextricably linked to the health of your organization and your ability to meet your mission. Sustainable fundraising isn't built on heroic effort. It's built on realistic expectations, thoughtful strategy, and systems that support the people doing the work.

And while fundraising will never be without challenges, we believe it should bring more light than darkness. More energy than exhaustion. More possibility than pressure.

That's the idea behind Fundraising Sol. Sol means sun, and we believe fundraising should help illuminate the path forward.

Today, we help nonprofit leaders move from uncertainty to clarity and from "we hope this works" to fundraising they can lead with confidence.

With light,
